Trust icons

Improve trust in your brand by highlighting key promises and reassurances to your customers.

Based on our observations, this block can significantly increase trust and help customers confidently continue their purchase journey. When used correctly, it reinforces reliability and reduces hesitation at a crucial decision point.

Typically, this block displays 3–4 icons, each paired with a short, clear message such as shipping, returns, or guarantees. The layout can be:

  • Horizontal (default), or

  • Vertical (list-style), depending on your design preference.

Configuration

By default, the Trust Icons block is already enabled in the main Product section.

If it’s not visible or if you removed it:

  1. Open the Product section settings

  2. Click the plus (+) icon in the blocks panel on the left

  3. Add the Trust Icons block

Note This block, like many others in the main Product section, is limited to one instance. If it’s already added, it won’t appear again in the block list.

Let's explain some of the important settings for this block.

Style

Choose how the icons are displayed:

  • Horizontal – Icons on top, text below

  • Vertical – Icons and text displayed side by side in a list

Max Width (px)

Controls how wide the block can be.

  • Useful to prevent icons from spreading too far apart on large screens

  • Leave empty if you prefer the block to span the full available width

Image (Icon) Size

Adjusts the size of all icons/images within the block.

  • Ideal for fine-tuning visual balance with surrounding content

Item Groups (Item 1 to Item 5)

You can display up to 5 trust icons, though most stores perform best with fewer.

Each item group includes:

  • Image -The icon or image to display.

    • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG

    • SVG is recommended for best clarity at small sizes

    • Free icon sources include Font Awesome and Bootstrap Icons

  • Text - The short message shown:

    • Below the icon (Horizontal style)

    • Next to the icon (Vertical style)

To hide an item, simply leave both the image and text fields empty.

The same configuration applies to all item groups.

When thoughtfully configured, the Trust Icons block is a subtle but powerful way to reinforce credibility and encourage conversions right where it matters most.
