Give customers a place to leave important details or instructions related to their order
A standard feature across all Shopify themes, the Cart Note allows customers to add important details related to their order, such as special shipping instructions or additional requests. We generally recommend keeping this field enabled to avoid missing critical information, but you can disable it if it doesn’t fit your store’s workflow.
Configuration
Like other cart blocks, the Cart Note block is enabled by default in either the Cart Drawer section or the Cart Page main section. If it’s not visible, you can add it by clicking the plus (+) icon within the section.
