Delivery info
Improve customer confidence by showing an estimated delivery timeframe
The Delivery Info block enhances the customer experience by clearly displaying when an order is expected to arrive. Research shows that providing delivery estimates earlier in the buying journey helps customers make faster and more confident purchase decisions, as they don’t have to guess or wait until checkout to see delivery dates.
By setting clear expectations upfront, this block can reduce hesitation and improve overall conversion rates.

Configuration
The Delivery Info block includes the following settings:
Description – The text displayed to customers. Use the
[start]and[end]placeholders in your copy, and they will be automatically replaced with the calculated delivery dates. If you want to show only a single date, you can use just the[start]placeholder.Start (days) – The number of days from today representing the earliest expected delivery date.
End (days) – The number of days from today representing the latest expected delivery date.
Date format – Controls how the date is displayed. Example:
%A, %e %bFor all available formats, refer to https://strftime.net.Days off – Days of the week to exclude from delivery calculations. Enter values separated by commas (for example:
Saturday, Sunday).Show icon – Disable this option if you prefer not to display the truck icon before the text.
Icon size – Sets the size of the truck icon in pixels.
Font size – Adjusts the text size. Available options:
