Shoshin has been built 100% from scratch, backed by over 10 years of Shopify experience and more than 20 years in web development. Our goal is simple yet ambitious: to create the best Shopify theme in the ecosystem. We are fully committed to continuously improving Shoshin and keeping it one step ahead.

Shoshin comes packed with powerful features, but we recommend starting with a “Shoshin” (beginner’s mind) approach. You don’t need to use every feature from day one. While our demo showcases the theme’s full capabilities, most real projects benefit from starting with a solid foundation and gradually adding advanced features.

This documentation focuses primarily on advanced configurations and features. Many of the core settings are already intuitive within the Shopify Theme Editor, so we won’t repeat them here. Instead, we aim to help you unlock deeper functionality and explore important options that might not be immediately visible.
